Each conversion remains in a pending state for a minimum of 30 days. After this duration, conversions are typically processed and approved on the 22nd or 23rd of each month.

In cases where a payment is refunded or disputed, the associated commission is denied. This policy is in place to ensure that commissions are paid only on net revenue actually earned by LuxAlgo.com. Additionally, before each payout, we process negative conversion amounts to correct any inaccuracies in commission arising from prorated charges during upgrades. Our system might not immediately recognize these prorated charges, so this step is crucial to maintain accurate commission calculations.
